Three midlands clubs will be extending their activities for junior bowlers by forming a new under 16 league. Church Gresley, Carlton and Tamworth will play home and away legs over the season for a cup that is being donated by The Bowls Shop in Nottingham.

Other midlands clubs have been invited to join the league and we hope to see more clubs involved in 2015.

The formation of this league follows several friendly fixtures held between the three clubs which resulted in the junior members requesting a proper competition.
