The English Indoor Bowling Association Ltd has today
agreed a partnership
with New Age Bowls.
New Age Bowls is an exciting range of bowls products to encourage the
development of bowls outside of the Bowls Club. The tactile plastic
bowls enables the game to be played on any flat surface whether this in
a school, shopping centre or Village Hall.
New Age Bowls is a
great activity for someone to get involved in no matter what their age
and is ideal for family and friends, but still allows the
competitiveness and demands which the sport brings.
The
partnership will see the EIBA Ltd receive a number of New Age Bowls sets
which will be offered to its affiliated clubs as well as, for a limited
period a discount for Clubs who wish to obtain any sets.
In
announcing the partnership Peter Thompson, Chief Operating Executive of
the EIBA Ltd, said “we are delighted to be working in tandem with New
Age Bowls in developing the sport of Indoor Bowls. By being able to
provide development equipment which is easy to use and transport will be
of great assistance to our Clubs in promoting the sport and themselves
in the local community.”
John Bennett, Managing Director of New
Age Bowls commented “Our range of products will allow the sport of bowls
to extend its reach, with the knock on effect being more people joining
their local clubs. The partnership with the EIBA is fantastic news and
recognition for the work we have put in to developing the range. We are
certain that the partnership will prove successful for both parties”.
The EIBA Ltd will be communicating to its Clubs later this month
advising them on how they can take advantage of this partnership.
