Director of Communications

The Director shall be responsible for:

• Communications to the membership and stakeholders
• Social media
• Website / newsletter
• Publications
• Press & Media relationships
• CRM System
• Data collection
• Communications Strategic Plan

1.
 To manage and monitor the annual budget approved by the Board.
2.

 To work closely with the Chief Executive (CE) in relation to the communication affairs of the Association to stakeholders, Corporate and public communities.
3.
 To ensure the Association is utilising all appropriate communication tools and channels.
4.
 To liaise with other Directors to communicate their activities appropriately.
5.
 In conjunction with the CE to source, implement and monitor a CRM System.
6.
 To review and produce appropriate publications for the Membership and tournaments.
7.

 To develop and expand the data held by the Association to assist in improving the Associations Insight of the sport for Stakeholders, Government Agencies and commercial partners recruitment.
